Josh Sizemore, MN, PMHNP-BC

Josh, the founder and owner of Center for Developing Hope, specializes in children, adolescents, adults, first responders and developmental disabilities. Josh believes in treating the individual, not just the symptoms or diagnosis. He has developed a reputation for treating complex and atypical cases by combining up to date evidence-based practice, expert psychopharmacology, osteopathic research, therapy and genetics.

Kristin Moen, DNP, PMHNP-BC

My name is Kristin Moen, I work as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with children, adolescents and adults. My background in mental health includes working in Addictions Counseling, Case Management, serving adolescents and adults in residential and outpatient treatment settings and now providing medication management and therapy at Center for Developing Hope. My formal education includes graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Gerontology from Western Oregon University. After working for several years in the mental health field, I returned to school, completing the Bachelors of Nursing program followed by the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in the psychiatric specialty at Oregon Health Science University (OHSU). Part of my care philosophy is that every person deserves to be heard and it is my job to integrate my client’s experience with my knowledge to create a care partnership. I also love following OSU women’s basketball! Go Beavs!

Fahlene Lockwood, LCSW

My name is Fahlene Lockwood. I work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and provide therapy services for pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and first responders.  I have worked in the mental health field in some capacity for the past 20 years. My background includes case management and skills training for individuals ages 18 to 65 with severe & persistent mental illness, case management and therapy for individuals ages 15-25 experiencing their first psychotic episode and as a crisis mental health evaluator in the emergency room setting. In my spare time, I enjoy walks/hikes with my son and our two dogs, as well as any social gathering with close friends and family.

Kira Ray, LCSW

Hello, my name is Kira Ray. I work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and provide therapy services for adolescents, adults and First Responders. I graduated from Southern Illinois University with my Master’s in Social Work in 2011. Professionally I have worked within Early Intervention, Wraparound providing therapy and care-coordination services for children and youth, crisis mental health evaluator in the emergency room, medical social work in the medical inpatient setting and hospice. When I’m not working, I enjoy being with family and friends, baking and various outdoor activities.
